Some couples were simply meant to be — like Bonnie and Clyde, Beauty and The Beast, Lady and The Tramp... And of course - wine and cheese. When both come from the same sun-kissed land, magic happens. With this wine&cheese session you’re invited to slow down and indulge in the most delicious conversation your taste buds will ever have. Over the course of two to three hours, we’ll explore how Croatian winemakers and cheesemakers create harmony on the palate — from the bold reds of Dalmatia and creamy island cheeses, to the crisp whites of Slavonia and the delicate textures of continental cow’s milk varieties. This is a sensory journey guided by passion and curiosity. We’ll taste 8 wine&cheese pairs, laugh, compare and discover together what makes Croatian terroir so diverse. A relaxed, intimate experience for 2 to 8 guests — your private tasting table, set in the heart of Zagreb.
